Herhangi bir yaralanma veya acil durum, sınıf dönemi boyunca öğretmene rapor edilmelidir, böylece uygun önlemler alınabilir.    Any injuries or emergencies must be reported to the teacher during the class period so the proper action can be taken.

Doktor raporları, dersten önce okul hemşiresine verilmelidir (ders sırasında değil). 

 Doctor reports should be given to the school nurse before   class (not during class).

 Öğrenciler, sağlık sorunu nedeni ile katılamayacakları tüm   beden eğitimi derslerinde doktor raporu veya veli mazeret izin   dilekçesi vermelidir. Kaçırılan dersler katılım sağlanmadı olarak kabul edilir. In all physical education classes, the students must submit a doctor's certificate or parents' permission application. Missed courses are accepted as non-participation.

Tıbbi izinli olan öğrenciler spor ya da aktivitelere katılamazlar.Students with medical permission cannot participate in sports or activities.

Dönemlik ve ya yıllık rapor alan öğrenciler derse katılamaz. Bu öğrencilere müfredata göre, konuları içeren bir yazılı sınav verilir.1.ve 2. performans notları ünite kapsamında yer alan konulara göre ödevler verilerek değerlendirilir.                              A written examination is applied to the subjects covered in the curriculum after the medical reports that cannot attend the semester or year.

 Bireysel ve grup sağlığı standartlarının olumlu bir şekilde korunmasına yardımcı olmak için beden eğitimi kıyafetlerinin düzenli olarak temizlenmesi gerekmektedir.                               In order to help protect individual and group health standards in a positive way, physical education clothing needs to be cleaned regularly.

Ders sırasında gerçekleşebilecek sporcu sakatlanmaları ve sağlık sorunları vakalarında, ilk yardım bilgisi ve sertifikasına sahip olan beden eğitimi öğretmenleri tarafından ilk müdahale gerçekleştirilir. Eğer profesyonel bir müdahale gerektirecek veya şüpheli  bir durum söz konusu ise  öğrenci ile ilgili gerekli önlemler alınarak okul hemşiresine salona gelmesi için haber verilir.                                                                                               In case of athletic injuries and health problems that may occur during the course, the first intervention is carried out by Physical Education Teachers who have the first aid information and certificate. Beden eğitimi öğretmeninin ilk müdahale ettiği vaka, acil doktor ve ambulans gerektiren bir durum ise direk ünivesite sağlık merkezi doktorunun ve ambulansının salona gelmesi için bilgi verilir.Yaşanan süreçlerle ilgili  olarak okul idaresine olay itibariyle bilgi akışı sağlanır.                                                         Physical Education Teacher's first intervention in case of emergency that requires doctor’s intervention, the doctor of the health center and ambulance will be summoned and information is given to the school administration.

 Sporcu sakatlanması veya sağlık problemi yaşayan öğrenci, okul hemşiresine tek başına gönderilemez.Okul hemşiresinin nezaretinde spor salonundan ayrılmasına izin verilir. Ciddi bir vaka söz konusu ise direk aranacak üniversite sağlık biriminin nezaretinde veli izni  (velinin hastane yönlendirmesi ) ve idari bilgilendirme neticesinde öğrencinin hastaneye sevki sağlanır.                                                                                                          The student cannot be sent to the school nurse alone in case of an injury or health problem. The student is allowed to leave the gym under the supervision of a school nurse. If there is a serious case, the student is sent to the hospital as a result of the parental consent (guardian's hospital orientation) and administrative information under the supervision of the university health unit.

Gerçekleşen sporcu sakatlıkları ve sağlık sorunları sonrasında hazırlanacak kaza tutanağı  okul hemşiresine ve idari bölüme gönderilir. Sene başında veliler tarafından doldurulacak olan öğrenci sağlık bilgisi formunun hiçbir sağlık sorunu atlanmadan doldurulması önem taşımaktadır.Bildirilmeyen sağlık sorunlarıyla ilgili sorumluluk veliliremize aittir.                                                    (At the beginning of the academic year, the parents must fill an information report about the student’s health.
