Coachers’ Expectations from Players

  • ​Bilkent Lisesi’ni saygın bir şekilde temsil etmek ( Representing the Bilkent High School in a respectable manner.

  • Takım ve okul içerisinde arkadaşlarına karşı örnek davranışlar sergilemek ( Demonstrate examplary behaviors towards to their friends and team mates)

  • Kendisine ve çevresindekilere karşı pozitif olmak ( Be positive towards themselves and others)

  • Her oyun ve uygulamadan bir şeyler öğrenmek ( Learn from each practice and game )

  • Mazeret göstermeden her zaman elinden gelenin en iyisini yapmak,  % 100 çaba göstermek ( Give 100% effort and try their best at all times, without any excuses )

  • Öğrenci sporcunun sene başında okuyarak imzaladığı sporcu sözleşmesine uymak (Student athletes should accept the contract at the beginning of the year)

Rules & Expectations

Oyun Zamanı

Playing Time

  • Oyunun her anında fair play ön planda olmalıdır. ( Fair play should be at the forefront in every moment of the game )

  • Oyuncuların herhangi bir konuda tartışmaları durumunda antrenörle bunu paylaşmaları gerekir. Sporcu öğrenci, ihtiyacı olduğu her an antrenörün yanına gelerek durumla ilgili antrenörüne bilgi vermelidir. If argument arises among players, they should share the the issue with the trainer. The sportsman can visit and inform the trainer any time.

  • Oyun süresi garanti edilemez.   ( Playing time will not be guaranteed )

Soyunma Odası Kuralları

RUNNING ROOM RULES

  • Soyunma odaları sadece oyuncular ve antrenörler içindir. ( Locker rooms are for the players and coaches only )

  • Oyuncular soyunma odalarını temiz bırakmalıdır.  ( Players should leave the locker rooms clean )

  • Oyuncular soyunma odalarına girerken koç tarafından cep telefonları toplanır. (Cell phones will be collected by the coach as players enter the locker rooms )

  • Soyunma odasında cep telefonu kullanmak yasaktır. ( Cellphones are not allowed to use in the locker room)

  • Soyunma odalarına yiyecek getirmek ve odalarda yemek yemek yasaktır.  ( It is forbidden to bring food and eat in the locker rooms )

Öğrenci Sporcular İçin Disiplin Kuralları ve Tedbirleri

Discipline Rules and Measures For Student Athletes

Takım kurallarını ihlal eden herhangi bir sporcu, antrenörün daha önce tanımladığı ve öğrenci sporculara ilettiği şekilde disiplin cezasına tabi tutulur.

Any athlete breaking a team rule is subjected to disciplinary action by the Head Coach or Assistant Coaches as defined by the Head Coach to student athletes.

Takım veya okul  kurallarının ihlali için bir antrenör tarafından aşağıdaki işlemler yapılabilir:

The following actions may be taken by a Coach for infractions of team and/or Athletic Department rules:

  •  Sözlü ikazlar, uyarılar  (verbal warnings, alerts )

  •  Takım çalışmalarını kısa vadeli veya uzun vadeli askıya alma (Short-term or long-term suspension from the team

  •   Takımdan çıkartma   Dismissal from the team                                                                                                                                                Disiplin ihlalinin özelliklerine göre, öngörülen cezanın yerine ya da ona ilaveten ihtar cezası verilebilir.                                                           According to the characteristics of the disciplinary violation, the penalty may be imposed instead of or in addition to the penalty stipulated.

                         Discipline Rules and Measures 

  • Sporcu öğrenci maç tarihinden önce yazılı olarak belirtilen dersten ve okuldan çıkış kurallarına uymakla hükümlüdür. Kurala uymayan sporcu öğrenci, takımdan kısa veya uzun vadeli uzaklaştırma cezaları alabilecektir.The athlete is obligated to obeying the rules of exiting from the course and school specified in writing before the match date.The  student who does not comply with the rule can take short or long term suspension penalties from the team.

  • Bir sporcu, spor programında başka bir takım arkadaşı, yönetici, öğrenci antrenörü veya sporcuyu taciz edemez. Kurala uymayan sporcu öğrenci, takımdan süresiz uzaklaştırma cezası alabilecektir.An athlete will not harass another teammate, manager, student-trainer or athlete in the athletic program.The student who does not comply with the rules will be penalized indefinitely

  • Yalan söylemek, hırsızlık ve kavga etmek gibi sergilenecek tutumlar hoş görülmeyecek ve sporcu öğrencinin derhal takımdan uzaklaştırılması sağlanacaktır.Lying, stealing, and fighting will not be tolerated and can be grounds for immediate dismissal from a team.

  • Alkol, tütün ve yasa dışı madde politikalarının ihlali gerçekleşirse takımdan uzaklaştıma ve okul disiplin kurallarının işleme koyulması adına durum, yazılı olarak okul idaresine bildirilir.                                                                                                                                                   Any violations of the alcohol, tobacco, and illegal substance policy will be disciplined according to the stated school policy and may include further disciplinary action by the Athletic Department.

  • Takımla ilgili herhangi bir etkinliğe katılırken okul kurallarını ihlal eden öğrenciler de okul yönetimi tarafından diğer disiplin cezalarına tabi tutulur.                                                                                                                                                                                                                  Students who violate school rules while participating in any activity associated with the team are also subject to other disciplinary actions by the school administration

  • Bir sporcu öğrenci takımdan atılırsa sporcu öğrencinin başka bir spor branşına katılabilmesi antrenör, PDR ve idare ile ortak toplantıdan çıkacak karar ile belirlenecektir.                                                                                                                                                                                     If an athlete is expelled from the team, the athlete may participate in another sports branch according to the decision taken by the team coach, counselors and the administration from a joint meeting.

  • Sporcu öğrenci ile ilgili alınan kararlar, gerekçesiyle okul idaresi ve pdr birimine bildirilir.                                                                                The decisions regarding the athlete is notified to the school administration and the Counseling department..

  •  Sporcu öğrenci ile ilgili alınan kararlar, gerekçesiyle yazılı olarak öğrenci velisine bildirilir.                                                                             The sportsman student’s parents  are notified in writing about the decisions with

Özel Durumlar

Special Circumstances

  • Bir öğrenci  sporcu değerlendirme sürecinin sonucuna kadar takımdan uzaklaştırmasını gerektirecek hatalı bir davranışı gözlemlenir veya tespit edilirse, konu PDR,idare ve antrenör tarafından gözden geçirilecektir.Sporcu öğrenci yanlış davranıştan dolayı hatalı bulunmuş ise en az bir takvim yılı takım çalışmalarına katılma şansını kaybedecektir. Okul takımlarına geri dönme süreci, öğrencinin ceza süresi bittikten sonra PDR, idare ve beden eğitimi bölümü tarafından incelemeye tabi tutulacaktır.                                                      If a student is charged with an offense, they will be   removed from the team until the result of the evaluation process, the evaluation results will be reviewed by the counselors, the administration and the trainer. If the athlete is found to have taken part in for an offense, they will lose the chance to participate in team work for at least one calendar year. After the process of returning to school teams, the student will be reviewed by counselors, the Administration and Physical Education Department.
